Although botanically this is the same as the French Basil, it actually differs tremendously, from composition, to smell.  A delicate annual herb that is steamed distilled to extract the oil. Typically has a sweet spicy aroma.  This oil blends well with other oils, including lemon, lavender and lime.  Is often used in home products, cosmetics and perfumery.
