Pure English distilled Melissa essential oil is produced by the steam distillation of the Melissa (lemon balm) herb, using leaves and flowering tops. Introduced in 2001 and following the success of the 2002 harvest the area of this herb has been expanding continually. The oil has a powerful lemon aroma, as expected.  It is popular in the aromatherapy bottles available and is also available in larger bulk wholesale volumes. The oil is a beautiful yellow colour and is of excellent quality.
